My wife is legally Tir na nog cherry hill happy hour and we're seniors. We live near the restaurant and the name changed at least three to four times and we went all changes including this time After going to the restaurant three times in the last two weeks we came Friday late afternoon for dinner.
We entered to am extremely crowded and loud bar room which the head server told us were school teachers. We were told we could not go out to either the quiet enclosed porch or what I call the quiet library room but that my wife and I had to have dinner with the very loud happy hour crowd, who appeared to be mostly drinking. We were told they could not accommodate us by putting us in one of the many other rooms. I said we would have to leave then, and they were fine with it.
We went toanother restaurant where they also had a special hospital event but they gladly sat us and any other folks who were "Tir na nog cherry hill happy hour" without hesitation by rearranging tables and even apologizing which was not necessary as they were very nice to accommodate us.
After that we spoke to John in charge and we were told someone wall call us the next day. Obviously the buck was passed as no one called. Obviously this is not serious to them.
We live here since and I myself was in business for 40 years and despite my success never thought I was above treaing anyone.
The time has come and gone for an apology. My wife and I don't go to where we are not welcome so we will not recommend this place especially to aging baby boomers. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding your table. We pride ourselves in accommodating all types of customers. We choose this location for our business as it allows us to cater to everyone.
The many rooms can create different atmospheres for all age groups at different times. We hope you consider giving us another chance in the future. We were there for dinner on the night of the full moon. It was a beautiful night for dinner on the outdoor patio.
They do have a gluten free menu, but unfortunately they were out of what I wanted, which was rigatoni with vodka sauce. I settled for 3 side dishes which were good but pricey. Tir na nog cherry hill happy hour also had a gluten free pear cider beer, also a little pricey. But the service was good and atmosphere was lovely, so all in all it was a good experience.
Joanne we are happy you enjoyed our patio and atmosphere. We hope you come back soon. We ate here when it was Dublin Square but were not impressed with the food. This visit was entirely different.
The Irish Breakfast and Eggs Benedict were delicious. We also enjoyed the complimentary Bloody Mary. Meghan, our waitress was very attentive and friendly.
Thank you for the Lovely review. Megan is a great server. We are glad you liked our brunch. Hope to see you in the future. We had a delicious salmon salad lunch with outstanding service at a reasonable price.
It's location is close by, so I will be back. The only minor drawback was an untidy ladies room, but it wasn't that bad. If you are looking for a small fun bar that have bands play at times this is the place for you. In the fall, you can sit outside by the fire-pit. Own or manage this property?
